Holland & Knight Advises Alliance Ground International on Acquisition of Airport Terminal Services

MIAMI (August 24, 2022) – Holland & Knight has advised Alliance Ground International LLC (AGI), which is jointly owned by Audax Management Company, LLC and Greenbriar Equity Group, in its acquisition of Airport Terminal Services (ATS). The deal between the two cargo handlers was announced on Aug. 16.

Based in Miami, AGI provides airline cargo handling services to 55 airlines at 13 airports across the U.S. Its acquisition of ATS adds 49 additional locations across Canada and the U.S. and expands its offering to the commercial passenger ground handling market. ATS is based in St. Louis.
