TYSONS, VA (February 9, 2023) – Holland & Knight represented Systemates, Inc. in the company's acquisition by Leica Geosystems, Inc., an affiliate of the Hexagon AB (Nasdaq Stockholm: HEXA B). The deal closed on Jan. 31, 2023.

Headquartered in Norcross, Georgia., Leica Geosystems, Inc. is part of the Hexagon Group family. Hexagon is a global leader in digital reality solutions, combining sensor, software and autonomous technologies.

Systemates, based in Richardson, Texas, is a Software as a Service (SaaS)-based, owner-focused, enterprise construction project management software provider. Systemates’ collaborative Projectmates platform improves project execution, cuts costs and delays, increases accountability and reduces risks.
