Holland & Knight Advises Landmark Event Staffing Services, Inc. in Sale to Allied Universal

ORANGE COUNTY, CA (March 14, 2023) – Holland & Knight represented Landmark Event Staffing Services, Inc. in its acquisition by security and facility services company Allied Universal. The deal was announced March 13, 2023. 

The deal supports Allied Universal’s growth agenda for its event services business and allows Landmark Event Staffing Services to join forces with an industry leader that will provide extensive resources and solutions and allow the company to continue to serve customers.

Landmark Event Staffing Services, headquartered in New Orleans, Louisiana, is an event security and guest services company that supports a wide range of venue and event clients nationally.

Pennsylvania-based Allied Universal provides proactive security services and cutting-edge smart technology to deliver tailored, integrated security solutions to clients.
