Holland & Knight Represents EA Advisors in Recapitalization of Raptor Power Systems

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (December 1, 2025) – Holland & Knight represented EA Advisors (EAA), a New Orleans, Louisiana-based independent sponsor, in connection with the majority recapitalization of Raptor Power Systems, a designer and manufacturer of highly engineered power products serving data center and other mission-critical sectors, on which EAA partnered with Guardian Capital Partners (Guardian). The transaction was announced on November 21.

EAA and Guardian are teaming with Raptor's founding family to support the company's next phase of growth amid demand for reliable power solutions enabling the digital economy and essential infrastructure.

EAA, led by industry veteran Alexis Stobbe, focuses on lower middle-market industrial services, manufacturing and technology companies. EAA's team is composed of experienced operators and investors with a broad network of resources who work directly with founders to provide transaction readiness, flexible capital solutions and value creation strategies.
