Holland & Knight Relocates Nashville Office to Symphony Place
Firm to anchor recently renovated building in SoBro, reinforcing its commitment to burgeoning Nashville market
NASHVILLE (June 15, 2026) – Holland & Knight announced today it has relocated its Nashville office to Symphony Place, one of Nashville's premier office towers. Occupying seven floors and 145,000 square feet, the Firm will be Symphony Place's anchor tenant as the landmark tower enters an exciting new phase amid the continued evolution of SoBro and downtown Nashville.
"Our move to Symphony Place reflects our commitment to Nashville's long-term growth, as well as our confidence in the city as an epicenter for healthcare, innovation, professional services and business more broadly," said Bob Grammig, Holland & Knight's Chair and Chief Executive Officer. "Since entering the market in 2023, we have continued to strengthen our presence in Nashville – establishing the only law firm with both a very large local footprint and a national full-service platform. That combination distinctly positions us to help clients navigate their most complex opportunities and challenges in Tennessee and beyond."
Located in the heart of SoBro, Symphony Place puts the Firm at the center of one of Nashville's most dynamic business districts. The office will offer convenient access to major corporate headquarters, courts, hotels, entertainment venues and the growing East Bank development area. The building also recently unveiled significant enhancements, including an updated lobby and new amenity level, further elevating the tenant experience while reinforcing Symphony Place's standing as one of Nashville's premier office destinations.
"Nashville continues to attract world-class companies, institutions and talent, and we believe SoBro is the focal point of that momentum," said Matt Burnstein, executive partner of Holland & Knight's Nashville office. "Symphony Place helped pioneer the neighborhood's transformation, and with the East Bank now taking shape, we believe this location positions us to be a vital part of Nashville's next chapter."
The relocation marks another milestone in Holland & Knight's growth in Tennessee following its successful combination with Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis in 2023. While the office is widely recognized for its leadership in healthcare law, it serves clients across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, real estate, hospitality, technology, finance and private equity.
