Holland & Knight Receives Two LatinFinance Deal of the Year Awards

NEW YORK (February 3, 2026) – Holland & Knight was recognized by LatinFinance magazine with two Deal of the Year awards, demonstrating the Firm's significant experience advising corporate and banking clients on some of the most prominent cross-border financing matters. The awards were announced at LatinFinance's annual Deals of the Year Awards Dinner in New York on January 29.

The awards celebrate excellence, innovation and dedication demonstrated by players in the industry, propelling the development and advancement of vital projects across Latin America and the Caribbean. Winning deals in which Holland & Knight had an advisory role include:

Sustainable Issuer of the Year – Corporate: Fibra UNO

Holland & Knight advised Banco Actinver S.A. Institución de Banca Múltiple and Grupo Financiero Actinver, acting solely and exclusively as trustee for Fibra UNO (BMV: FUNO11), in connection with a dual-tranche notes offering. The Firm also acted as counsel to Fibra UNO. The offering consisted of an aggregate amount of $800 million, with $500 million of 7.700 percent senior sustainability-linked notes due in 2032 and $300 of 8.250 percent senior sustainability-linked notes due in 2037. The Firm's representation of Banco Actinver and Fibra UNO was led by Partners Guillermo Uribe, Stephen Double and Adrian Gay Lasa, along with Associates Jorge Gonzalez, Carlos Guijarro, Maria De Bedout and Jorge Ballen.

Private Debt Deal of the Year: Interceramic

Holland & Knight advised Mexican ceramics group Internacional de Ceramica S.A.P.I de C.V. (Interceramic) in connection with a $640 million refinancing transaction. The funds comprised of two loans worth $320 million and $183 million, respectively, as well as $135 million worth of mezzanine notes. The Firm's representation of Interceramic was led by Partners Norberto Quintana, James Brown and Gabriel Caballero and Associates Nicolas Usandivaras and Jorge Ballen.
