Overview

Tayler Chambless is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office and a member of the firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Team. Ms. Chambless advises clients in the healthcare industry on a variety of healthcare regulatory and transactional matters. She has experience counseling a range of clients across the healthcare industry, including pharmacies, behavioral health facilities, acute care hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and more. She provides regulatory guidance and advice on matters concerning compliance with healthcare laws, including the corporate practice of medicine, provider scope of practice and the federal Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS). In addition, Ms. Chambless represents clients in a variety of corporate and healthcare transactions, including licensing matters and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Chambless was part of another firm's healthcare practice, for which she advised hospitals and surgery centers throughout the U.S. on operational and legal medical staff issues, including matters concerning peer review, credentialing, state and federal reporting obligations, the Health Care Quality Improvement Act, accreditation, board and medical staff bylaws, and employment contracts.
