Simon Escobar

Simón Escobar Gomez is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Bogotá office. Mr. Escobar focuses his practice on financial law and capital markets.

Mr. Escobar supports the firm's finance and capital markets team in advising Colombian and international clients in financing operations involving both credit and capital markets transactions. Additionally, he has experience in matters related to financial regulation, financial technology (FinTech), and green and sustainable finance.

In addition to his law degree, Mr. Escobar obtained three minor degrees in management, entrepreneurship and journalism.
