Overview

Cristina Lue assists healthcare clients with governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex corporate transactions. Her combined in-house and government background provides her with a valuable perspective for healthcare organizations pursuing strategic transactions.

Ms. Lue has experience in both corporate and government settings, including six years serving as in-house counsel. Previously, she served as corporate counsel for a large insurance claims management company and as a senior attorney for a financial services company, where her work focused on U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, negotiating settlements, evaluating private securities transactions and guiding those organizations through due diligence efforts and regulatory compliance.

In the public sector, Ms. Lue served as a public health policy analyst for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) where she identified key legislation and reviewed newly implemented federal laws, rules and regulations. Clients benefit from her insider perspective regarding compliance with ever-changing government regulations.

Practicing pending admission to the Tennessee Bar; admitted to the Georgia Bar only and practicing under the supervision of lawyers licensed to practice in Tennessee.
