Ms. Mandujano is experienced in tax consulting and assists Mexican residents on day-to-day operations and specific circumstances to avoid unfavorable tax consequences. She also assists U.S. and international clients on all facets of entering, establishing and running a business in Mexico and uses that knowledge to anticipate tax effects on operations. In addition, Ms. Mandujano has a significant background in tax controversy, serving as part of the lead counsel team within audits procedures, significantly reducing tax assessments and preparing the companies for a possible trial. She defends clients through administrative appeals, administrative trial, constitutional trials and other amicable means, including settlement procedures or bilateral advanced pricing agreements under several tax treaties concerning intercompany operations.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Mandujano worked in law and accounting firms, which gave her an understanding of the technical implications of taxes within business and the interpretation of tax law.
