Overview
Scott Rosenbach is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Denver office who focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Rosenbach advises major U.S. and international corporations, real estate investment trusts (REITs), developers, private equity investors and sponsors, and institutional landlords and tenants throughout every stage of the commercial real estate life cycle.
Mr. Rosenbach regularly serves as real estate counsel on corporate and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, leading real estate due diligence efforts, structuring transaction terms and negotiating principal transaction documents. He also advises clients on finance and development matters involving a broad range of asset classes, including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, healthcare, hospitality, sports and entertainment, and mixed-use projects.
In addition, Mr. Rosenbach maintains a robust commercial leasing practice, representing landlords and tenants in complex leasing transactions. His experience includes national leasing portfolios, first-generation retail, restaurant and hospitality concepts, and mixed-use developments, giving him a practical understanding of the business and operational considerations that drive successful leasing transactions.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Rosenbach is actively involved in the legal and real estate communities and previously served as president of the Colorado LGBTQ+ Bar Association.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Rosenbach practiced at an international law firm, where he advised clients on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions.
