With a dedicated team of nearly 50 professionals, the Holland & Knight Construction Industry Practice Group is equipped to serve all of the needs of builders and construction managers, government contractors, project owners and investors, and other industry participants. Our team will support you by first working to understand your business objectives. Then, we will apply our many years of construction law experience and industry knowledge to develop legal strategies that meet your business objectives.

Leadership and Experience

Many of our construction lawyers play leadership roles in the industry, including with AGC of America and its various chapters, Construction Financial Management Association, the American Arbitration Association, the American College of Construction Lawyers, the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry, and the National Association of Women in Construction. We are members of and regularly collaborate with many industry associations. We regularly present at construction industry meetings and events, teach construction law, collaborate with industry groups on construction industry initiatives and legislation, and contribute to industry publications. Simply put, we know the construction industry.
