Overview of New Federal Lobbying and Ethics Law - Honest Leadership and Open Government Act Webinar

The President is expected to sign the Honest Leadership and Open Government Act into law any day now. The new law imposes enhanced civil and criminal liability on those who lobby Congress for violations of the federal Lobbying Disclosure Act and the House and Senate rules governing gifts and travel.

Holland & Knight will be hosting a webinar for our clients to review the changes to the Lobbying Disclosure Act, the House and Senate gift and travel rules, the new campaign finance disclosure requirements, and other changes made by S.1.
