Please join Holland & Knight and the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Denver Chapter for an in-depth discussion of how recent Trump Administration actions impact federal contractors and grant recipients.

- legal bases for executive actions and legal rights under federal contracts and grants
- practical advice on responses to funding pauses, stop-work orders and termination notices
- insight from former elected and appointed government officials on the current status of implementation and expected next steps in policy and enforcement actions
