The FAR Overhaul, Part 2: What Contractors Need to Know

The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) has undergone significant revisions as part of the Trump Administration's "Revolutionary FAR Overhaul." Please join Larry Allen of the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Holland & Knight and BRG as we pick up where we left off during from our FAR Overhaul Webinar held in September 2025. We will review the more recent revisions that have been made since then, focusing on the most impactful changes for government contractors.

Our 90-minute presentation will provide contractors with practical, essential takeaways from these changes and discuss their implementation through class deviations and their incorporation into new solicitations and contracts. Notably, Mr. Allen, the principal architect of the FAR Overhaul, will provide insight into the public comments and feedback that the government has received thus far.
