Balance and Conclusions of the Mining Congress

Mining attorney Estefanny Pardo was interviewed by La Voz Minera about the National Mining Congress recently held in Cartagena, Colombia. The congress addressed the draft decree on temporary reserves in areas of mining titles that the Ministry of Environment intends to publish soon.
