The FAR Overhaul, Part 2: What Contractors Need to Know

Holland & Knight's Government Contracts Group co-hosted a webinar with BRG continuing its series on significant revisions to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as part of the Trump Administration's "Revolutionary FAR Overhaul." Part 2, like Part 1, featured Larry Allen of the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), who described public comments and feedback on the process thus far. Holland & Knight attorneys Jeremy Burkhart and Christian Nagel and BRG Directors Rob McDonald and Clint Woofter also talked about how the changes will be implemented through class deviations, how they will be incorporated into new contracts and solicitations, and what federal contractors should keep in mind in the next phase.
