Holland & Knight Healthcare Blog
Daniel I. Small
Healthcare professionals are generally intelligent, well-educated and articulate, but they often flop as witnesses because their lawyers fail to suitably prepare them. The process of being a witness is difficult for anyone, but especially for professionals. They often suffer from the, "curse of the intelligent witness." This is one of a series of articles by these two litigators. The entire series is available here.
