International Trade Partner Carlos Véjar wrote a column for El Heraldo de México about the Electrical Reform against the USCMA. Mr. Véjar says this reform violates international commitments and the Ministry of the Economy of Mexico should prevent it from being approved. According his article, rejecting the reform could avoid possible increases in tariffs in the United States and Canada.
