Attorneys in the regulatory, foreign trade and business practices discuss the opportunities and challenges that face Cuba when it comes to foreign investments now that the long-standing embargo has been lifted.
"It used to be the only Cuba issues that ever came to us were problems," explained attorney Jonathan Epstein.
Foreign investors want to see a functioning legal system they can trust and a willingness to take dispute to international arbitration prior to investing big dollars into Cuba.
"I think the opportunities are huge for any company that sees a formerly closed market of 11 million as an opportunity," said Ron Oleynik. "That's a long-term statement, though."
