Reactivating Financing Operations

Financial Services attorney Alejandro Landa Thierry was quoted in an article by Líderes Mexicanos about the reactivation of financing operations in Mexico. Mr. Landa said he notices a strong closing of the year in terms of financing and an important reconsideration in several businesses in the country in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. He also mentioned that he sees year 2023 with optimism, and predicts for important rearrangements to be made in sectors such as the automotive industry, due to increased activity from nearshoring.

"With this new reconsideration, the upcoming year will be more dynamic, positive and with risks already internalized by financial entities for the purpose of calculation of operations and rate, and to carry out these operations with the new reality," he said.
