Holland & Knight Advises FleetCor in Acquisition of Travelliance

ATLANTA (October 2, 2019) – Holland & Knight advised FleetCor Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: FLT) in its acquisition of Travelliance, a leader in airline lodging programs. The deal was announced on October 2.

FleetCor, based in Georgia, is a leading global business payments company that simplifies the way businesses manage and pay their expenses. Travelliance helps airlines manage their lodging needs, serving distressed airline passengers, airline crews and airline employees.
