Holland & Knight Advises Centauri in $827 Million Sale to KBR, Inc.

TYSONS, VA (August 20, 2020) – Holland & Knight advised Centauri, LLC, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, in its $827 million sale to KBR, Inc. (NYSE: KBR). The deal was announced on August 19.

Centauri is a high-end engineering, intelligence, cybersecurity and advanced technology solutions company headquartered in Chantilly, Virginia, with 22 offices nationwide.

The Holland & Knight team representing Centauri was led by Partner Marisa Terrenzi and included Associates Simone Summers and Ariel Stevenson.
