Holland & Knight Advises Global Nephrology Solutions in Investment Deal with Audax Private Equity

MIAMI (January 14, 2021) – Holland & Knight represented Global Nephrology Solutions (GNS), one of the nation's leading physician-led nephrology organizations, in connection with its strategic investment from Audax Private Equity (Audax). The transaction was announced on Jan. 13.

Headquartered in Tempe, Arizona, GNS has more than 300 providers and 500 employees and supports physicians who provide care across 10 states. The organization is focused on the quadruple aim of improving outcomes, reducing the cost of care, and enhancing both the patient and physician experience.
