Holland & Knight Represents Alinda Capital Partners on Acquisition of ACL Airshop
GREENWICH, Conn. (April 23, 2021) – Holland & Knight advised global investment firm Alinda Capital Partners on its acquisition of ACL Airshop, a leading air cargo Unit Load Device (ULD) equipment and logistics services provider. The transaction closed in April.
Alinda is among the world's most successful investors in infrastructure, including transportation and logistics. Alinda has holdings in infrastructure businesses in all 50 U.S. states, as well as in Canada, the United Kingdom and continental Europe. The firm's offices are located in Greenwich, Conn., Miami and London.
Based in Greenville, South Carolina, ACL Airshop owns, maintains and leases more than 50,000 ULDs, including air freight pallets and containers, issued from 55 airport hub locations across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Latin America. ACL Airshop's current management and operations team will continue to lead the organization under its new ownership.
