Holland & Knight Advises on Sale of Clean Streak Ventures to Mister Car Wash
Sale includes 33 locations in Florida
MIAMI (December 21, 2021) – Holland & Knight represented MKH Capital Partners in the sale of its portfolio company, Clean Streak Ventures LLC, to Mister Car Wash, Inc. (NYSE: MCW), the nation's leading car wash brand. The acquisition of Clean Streak includes 23 operating locations, 10 development locations and the underlying real estate at all 33 locations. The deal closed on Dec. 21, 2021.
The acquisition will expand Mister's footprint in Florida, increasing the total number of operating stores in the state to 65. The company plans to rebrand and integrate the 23 existing operating locations that are currently doing business under the tradenames Top Dog Express and Clean Machine Car Wash into the Mister Car Wash brand.
