Holland & Knight Advises Gunnison Consulting on Acquisition of Leading Cybersecurity Firm CENTERPOINT

TYSONS, Va. (March 10, 2022) – Holland & Knight advised Gunnison Consulting Group, Inc., a leader in digital transformation capabilities for U.S. federal government customers, on its acquisition of CENTERPOINT, Inc., a leading pure-play cybersecurity solutions provider. The transaction was announced on Feb. 24, 2022.

Gunnison is a venture capital-backed company delivering cutting-edge solutions in agile software development, data analytics, IT service management and cybersecurity. CENTERPOINT has vast capabilities and experience in cyber defense, response and strategy, as well as governance solutions that enable secure operation of, and access to, large enterprise data and services. Both firms are headquartered in Virginia.

The acquisition will strengthen Gunnison's cutting-edge capabilities and help define the company as a leading middle market player in the federal market.
