Holland & Knight Continues Expansion of Healthcare Practice with Addition of Kenneth Yood in California
LOS ANGELES (March 31, 2022) – After adding 20 healthcare industry partners in 2021, Holland & Knight has now hired healthcare regulatory Partner Kenneth Yood in Los Angeles. Mr. Yood was formerly a partner with Sheppard Mullin.
Mr. Yood represents a wide range of healthcare providers and healthcare companies, including specialty and general acute hospitals (including local district, nonprofit and for-profit facilities), home health agencies, specialty pharmacy and infusion centers, pharmaceutical vendors, nursing facilities, and health information and management providers. His regulatory practice also encompasses a substantial transactional element that includes mergers and acquisitions (M&A) due diligence and structuring, M&A regulatory counsel, licensing and the creation of healthcare-related ventures.
