Holland & Knight Advises BuildingLink on Strategic Investment

New York (July 20, 2022) – Holland & Knight represented BuildingLink, a leading provider of operations and resident engagement software for luxury residential properties worldwide, in connection with a strategic investment from private equity firm Bregal Sagemount. The transaction was announced on July 13, 2022.

Headquartered in New York City, BuildingLink provides property managers with the tools to optimize building management through its operational and communications software as a service (SaaS) platform. The company's software is used by more than 6,000 properties in over 25 countries.

The investment from Sagemount will allow BuildingLink to continue to invest in product and feature development efforts, seek out strategic mergers and acquisitions (M&A) opportunities and accelerate new customer growth in its core and adjacent markets.
