Holland & Knight Advises Marshall & Stevens in Majority Recapitalization by Coalesce Capital

MIAMI (January 9, 2026) – Holland & Knight advised Marshall & Stevens, a leading provider of independent valuation and advisory services to middle-market companies and a portfolio company of Pine Tree Equity Partners, in connection with a majority recapitalization by Coalesce Capital, a private equity firm. The transaction was announced on January 6.

Coalesce will support Marshall & Stevens' continued growth through investments in talent development, technology and strategic acquisitions to further expand its service capabilities.

Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, Marshall & Stevens provides valuation advisory, transaction consulting and litigation support services to help clients navigate their financial challenges.

Holland & Knight Partners David Barkus, Deryk Loiacono and Tal Hacohen (M&A) led the Firm's representation of Marshall & Stevens.
