Holland & Knight Continues Growth of Financial Services Section with Two-Partner Team in New York
NEW YORK (April 27, 2026) – Holland & Knight has bolstered its national Financial Services Section with the addition of experienced finance Partners Kevin Eisenberg and Jeffrey Fried in New York. Both join the Specialty Finance and Regulatory Practice Group and were previously partners with Loeb & Loeb.
Their additions to the Financial Services Section follow that of Partner Adam Jachimowski, who joined Holland & Knight's New York office in February.

Mr. Eisenberg's practice focuses on representing private bank clients in debt financings for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, particularly in transactions secured by a range of collateral, including diversified marketable securities, concentrated public stock holdings, private and pre-initial public offering (IPO) stock, private equity and hedge fund investments, aircraft and art collections. His experience also includes commercial transactions, representing a wide array of national senior lenders, second lien lenders, mezzanine debt funds, private equity funds and private equity sponsor groups in debt financings, refinancings, recapitalizations and restructuring transactions. Mr. Eisenberg received a J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.

Mr. Fried is highly experienced in the representation of banks and other financial institutions in the financing and restructuring of permanent, construction, mezzanine and leasehold loans, including agented and syndicated loan facilities. He regularly represents lenders in connection with real estate financings covering a variety of asset classes in New York and throughout the U.S. Mr. Fried received a J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
