  • Represented a hospital system and staffing agency in a lawsuit involving claims under the Sherman Act and the False Claims Act
  • Represented prevailing party in an appeal from a denial of motion to dismiss based on a mandatory forum-selection clause
  • Represents a beverage brand in a trademark, trade dress, and unfair competition lawsuit in the Western District of Texas
