Mary Alice Murphy

Mary Alice Murphy is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office where she assists private equity funds in structuring and completing investments. Her experience includes outpatient services providers, LASIK surgery centers, dermatology and other specialty physician practices. Additionally, she assists investor-owned healthcare companies in acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures and other strategic transaction.

Previously, Ms. Murphy gained valuable experience as a member of the Appeals Operations Group in the Division of TennCare, Tennessee's Medicaid program.
