Healthcare Delivery & Innovation Conference

Healthcare attorney Shannon Hartsfield will co-chair the American Bar Association (ABA) Health Law Section's Healthcare Delivery & Innovation Conference, taking place in Chicago. The two-day conference will offer insights into the legal dimensions of emerging healthcare delivery models driven by advancements in artificial intelligence (AI), digital health, telemedicine and health apps, and more. Sessions will explore new laws and regulations at the state and federal level, such as state legislative initiatives increasing restrictions in private equity involvement in the industry and federal enforcement efforts targeting mergers and acquisitions (M&A), the use of AI in healthcare decision-making, and cybersecurity and data privacy.
