Energy Tax Updates
Energy tax attorneys Amish Shah, Nicole Elliott, Brad Seltzer, Elizabeth Crouse, Roger Aksamit, Joshua Odintz, Lee Meyercord, Ryan Phelps, Ken Parsons, Daniel Strickland, Bryan Marcelino, Mary Kate Nicholson, Alexander Lewis, Sanaa Ghanim and Rachel Provencher co-authored an article included in Pratt's Energy Law Report about the recent energy tax developments following the enactment of the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 (IRA).
