Holland & Knight Expands New Philadelphia Office
Firm also adds lawyers in New York and Los Angeles
PHILADELPHIA (July 26, 2018) – Holland & Knight announced today that 12 more lawyers have joined its newly opened Philadelphia office, bringing the total number of lawyers there to 24. The firm also added one lawyer each in its Los Angeles and New York offices. These lawyers practice in the areas of corporate, M&A and securities, executive compensation and employee benefits, banking and financial services, healthcare and life sciences, labor and employment, and commercial litigation.
The new members of the Philadelphia office include Partners Paul Jaskot, Brian Miner, Travis Nelson, Andrew Soven and David Surbeck, Senior Counsel Lori Atkin, Robert Chiaravalloti, Rachel Shim and Cory Thomas, and Associates Nicole Martini, Ryan Meadows and Amy McVeigh. Thomas Yoo and Daniel Winters have joined the firm as partners in the Los Angeles and New York offices, respectively. Mr. Yoo will head the firm's Product Liability Life Sciences team.
