Holland & Knight Represents Imperial Dade in Acquisition of Columbus Paper Company

CHICAGO (May 16, 2023) – Holland & Knight advised Imperial Dade, a leading distributor of foodservice packaging supplies and janitorial supplies, in its acquisition of Columbus Paper Company. The acquisition was announced May 15, 2023.

Columbus Paper Company, headquartered in Columbus, Georgia, is a leading distributor of industrial, foodservice and janitorial supplies throughout Georgia and Alabama.

The transaction represents the 64th acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Chairman Robert Tillis and CEO Jason Tillis. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Jersey City, New Jersey-based Imperial Dade is the leading independently owned and operated distributor of foodservice packaging, facilities maintenance supplies and equipment in North America.
