MIAMI (July 18, 2023) – Holland & Knight advised Advanced MedAesthetic Partners (AMP) in its new alliance with Blush Med Spa, a medical aesthetics practice with three locations across the greater Hartford, Connecticut, area. The deal was announced on July 18.

Dallas-based AMP is a leading provider of medical aesthetic services through its network of elite aesthetic practices throughout the United States. The Blush Med Spa alliance marks a new milestone for AMP, representing expansion into its 14th state.
