Holland & Knight Represents Cincalimentos on Partnership with Grupo Bimbo Affiliate Innovoali

MEXICO CITY (September 28, 2023) – Holland & Knight advised Cincalimentos S.A. de C.V. in a partnership agreement with Innovoali S.A. de C.V., an affiliate of Grupo Bimbo S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: BIMBO), that will help both companies deliver top-tier, high-quality ingredients and healthy products to the market. The partnership was announced on September 12.

Based in Mexico City, Cincalimentos is a producer of healthy food products that are sold under its CINCA brand. Its products have U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Mexico Ministry of Health's Comisión Federal para la Protección contra Riesgos Sanitarios (COFEPRIS) certificates that guarantee compliance with quality and food safety standards, and ensure the origin and manufacturing method of the products.

Innovoali, headquartered in Mexico City, provides sustainable and nutritious baked goods and snacks. Grupo Bimbo is the leader and largest baking company in the world with 215 bakeries and plants, including more than 1,600 sales centers strategically located in 34 countries throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa.
