Holland & Knight Advises Technology Solutions Provider Inc. in Acquisition by Abt Global

TYSONS, Va. (May 23, 2024) – Holland & Knight advised Technology Solutions Provider Inc. (TSPi) in connection with its sale to Abt Global, a leading research and consulting firm. The transaction, which was announced on May 16, combines the strength of Abt Global and TSPi, advancing citizen-centric, digitally enabled, real-time solutions for customers.

Based in Reston, Virginia, TSPi applies agile principles to deliver secure digital solutions using low-code/no-code, cloud-based platforms, modern data science and artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) methods, all guided by human-centered design. As a result of the transaction, TSPi will be known as TSPi, a Division of Abt Global.
