Holland & Knight Advises Market Research Company Offerwise in Acquisition by Norstat

MIAMI (January 16, 2026) – Holland & Knight advised Brazil-based Offerwise, a prominent provider of data collection for market research across the Americas, in its sale to Norstat, a leading provider of data collection for market research and insights in Europe. The transaction was announced on January 6.

In addition to its headquarters in Brazil, Offerwise's operations extend throughout the Americas, including offices in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru and the U.S. Through this acquisition, Norstat strengthens its international data collection footprint by expanding beyond Europe into the Americas and will benefit from Offerwise's extensive platform in the western hemisphere.
