Emerging Trends In Intellectual Property: What IP Practitioners Need To Know About Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs)

Holland & Knight attorneys Daniel Barsky, Andrew Cummings, Leonie Huang and Tiffani Lee will participate in New York State Bar Association Intellectual Property Law Section's Fall Meeting. Mr. Barsky and Mr. Cummings will be speaking on the panel titled "NFT Basics. What is an NFT, how do they work, and why do they matter?" Mr. Barsky will also be speaking on the panel titled "What IP Practitioners Should Know about NFTs." Ms. Lee will serve as the moderator of and a speaker on the panel titled "Driving Opportunities and Change for Diversity and Inclusion in Your Practice and in the Profession." Ms. Huang is serving as the Program Chair.
