Voluntary Self-Disclosures: AI as a Tool for Compliance, Internal Review, and Mitigation

International Trade attorney Daniel Goren will speak at the Society for International Affairs' (SIA) "Navigating AI Regulations in Global Trade" workshop. Designed for global trade professionals, the program will feature presentations on emerging trends, compliance challenges and strategies for the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in international trade matters. Daniel's session will explore how companies can leverage AI to identify and investigate potential compliance concerns, support internal reviews and evaluate voluntary self-disclosures. He will also discuss best practices for managing regulatory risk, assessing factors that may influence enforcement outcomes and balancing the efficiencies of AI-enabled reviews with the accuracy and diligence required for effective compliance programs.
