Harnessing Al in Dealmaking and Corporate Tasks

Corporate attorney Tim Poydenis was quoted in a Middle Market Growth article discussing the growing use of artificial intelligence (AI) in business. Currently, private equity and venture capital firms are closely watching the technology's development before investing, as AI is still in its beginning stages. However, as Mr. Poydenis explained, companies are starting to apply AI in their practice, such as assisting with dealmaking.

"Al is evolving across every industry and every company, from law firms to banks... Everyone is sorting through it and trying to think how to harness it, and nobody wants to be left out," he said.
