Holland & Knight Advises iNovex on Partnership with Enlightenment Capital

TYSONS, VA (December 7, 2022) – Holland & Knight represented iNovex, a leading provider of software development and other technology services to intelligence agencies, in its financial and strategic partnership with Enlightenment Capital. The deal was announced on November 30.

Based in Columbia, Maryland, iNovex is a provider of software development solutions focused on cybersecurity, signals intelligence, data analysis and robotic process automation, and is a premier innovator for the federal government and U.S. Department of Defense.

Enlightenment Capital, a Washington, D.C., area-based private investment firm that focuses on the aerospace, defense, government and technology (ADG&T) sector, will accelerate iNovex's strategies and investments that are aimed at enhancing its products and services.
