Holland & Knight Advises Gannett Fleming on Strategic Investment from OceanSound Partners

TYSONS, VA (January 11, 2023) – Holland & Knight advised Gannett Fleming, a leading provider of engineering and infrastructure consulting services, on its strategic investment from OceanSound Partners. Gannett Fleming will continue to operate under the leadership of its existing management team, who will retain a significant ownership interest in the company. The deal was announced on Jan. 9.
