Holland & Knight Continues Strategic Growth in Boston with Addition of Partner Monica Kwok
BOSTON (June 23, 2026) – Holland & Knight continues its strategic growth in Boston with the addition from Goodwin of nationally recognized search fund Partner Monica Kwok. The addition of Ms. Kwok follows recent Boston-based arrivals, including Corporate, M&A and Securities Partner David Powers and Partner Katherine Baker, who is leading the Firm's National Gaming Team. Ms. Kwok has significant experience representing search funds, independent sponsors and traditional private equity clients.
