The separation of assets is one of the most complicated processes when leaving a relationship if individuals did not protect their estate. Therefore, Mr. Diaz explains the different legal actions that can be taken before marriage and the importance of each one.

"You can sign the public deed of marriage and immediately afterwards a deed of liquidation of the conjugal partnership before the notary immediately after contracting the nuptialsn," he said.
