Holland & Knight Advises Leidos Holdings on $215 Million Acquisition of 1901 Group

TYSONS, VA (January 15, 2021) – Holland & Knight represented Leidos Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: LDOS), a FORTUNE® 500 science and technology leader, in its acquisition of 1901 Group for approximately $215 million. The deal was announced on Jan. 14.

Headquartered in Reston, Virginia, 1901 Group is a leading provider for managed IT services and cloud solutions in the private and public market. Leidos, which is also headquartered in Reston, provides information technology, engineering and science solutions to the defense, intelligence, homeland security, civil and health industries.

The acquisition of 1901 Group will advance Leidos' position in the digital modernization market and expand its ability to address the accelerating cloud and IT services markets.
