Holland & Knight Advises Germfree Laboratories on Acquisition by EW Healthcare Partners
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (October 24, 2022) – Holland & Knight advised Germfree Laboratories, Inc., a leading U.S. manufacturer of turnkey, mobile and modular cleanrooms and biocontainment facilities, on its acquisition by EW Healthcare Partners. The deal was announced on October 18.
